The best LinkedIn to HubSpot tools in 2026, compared
Every tool in this list gets LinkedIn people into HubSpot. They differ in price, in what their free plans really include, in whether you pay in credits, and in what they do on your LinkedIn account. Checked on each vendor's own pages on 7 November 2026.
Short answer
- Already on Sales Navigator Advanced Plus and Sales Hub Professional? Use HubSpot's free LinkedIn CRM Sync app.
- Want email and phone finding as well? Surfe or Hublead, priced in credits, from $39–49 and $32–40 per user a month.
- Use a less common CRM or ATS? LinkMatch has one extension per CRM, from about €22 per user a month.
- Just want to save people to HubSpot, with no credits and no Sales Navigator? SyncToCRM (ours), free in beta.
How we compared
We make SyncToCRM, so read this with that in mind. To keep it fair, every fact about other tools comes from their own pricing and help pages, with links at the end, and each tool gets a "best for" where it beats ours. Prices are per user per month unless stated, and change often: check before you buy.
What we looked at: whether the free plan actually creates contacts, whether you need Sales Navigator, whether you pay in credits, how LinkedIn messages are logged, and which CRMs each supports.

HubSpot's own apps aren't in the table because they're a different kind of tool: free, but only with Sales Navigator Advanced Plus and a Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise seat. They're covered below.
Each tool, and who it suits
LinkedIn CRM Sync for HubSpot (HubSpot Marketplace)
Best for: teams that already pay for Sales Navigator Advanced Plus and Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise.
HubSpot's own app syncs contacts, companies and deals with Sales Navigator and lets each user create HubSpot contacts from Sales Navigator. It costs nothing on top of those plans. Only new and updated data syncs, the field mapping is fixed, and it doesn't cover regular LinkedIn profiles. Rated 2.7 from 75 ratings on the HubSpot Marketplace. HubSpot's other app, the Sales Navigator card, can't import contacts at all (rated 2.0 from 372 ratings on the HubSpot Marketplace). Both apps explained.
Hublead (hublead.io)
Best for: HubSpot or Salesforce teams that want contact data and message sync in one tool.
A focused LinkedIn-to-HubSpot tool with email and phone finding. The free Starter plan shows CRM information on LinkedIn but doesn't create contacts. Professional ($40, or $32 billed yearly) adds contact creation, one-click message sync and 50 credits a month. Messages sync when you open a conversation on Business ($80), and without opening it on Scale ($140), which is also the only plan with job-change detection. Hublead vs SyncToCRM.
Surfe (surfe.com)
Best for: teams on several CRMs who want enrichment and sales-tool integrations.
The biggest tool in the category, now built around finding contact data. The free plan adds one contact to your CRM a day with 20 email credits a month. Essential is $49 ($39 billed yearly) with 150 email and 50 mobile credits, and paid plans sync LinkedIn chats with a button in the chat window. Works with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Copper. Surfe vs SyncToCRM.
LinkMatch (linkmatch.com)
Best for: recruiters and teams on CRMs or ATSs others don't support, such as Greenhouse, PCRecruiter or Zoho Recruit.
One extension per CRM, a long list of supported systems, and message saving, with automatic sync on Professional. No free plan: a 14-day trial, then about €22 per user a month for HubSpot on Standard, with email enrichments included. LinkMatch vs SyncToCRM.
SyncToCRM (synctocrm.com)
Best for: HubSpot teams who want to save people from LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, without credits, Sales Navigator or extra seats.
An Add to HubSpot button on profiles, company pages and Sales Navigator. It checks HubSpot by LinkedIn address, member ID and email before creating, never overwrites a field, links the company, flags job changes and logs open conversations. It doesn't find emails or phone numbers, it's HubSpot-only for now, and it's in beta. Free during the beta, then from $9 a month.
Free: by hand or by CSV
HubSpot has a built-in LinkedIn URL property and a free "Log LinkedIn message" activity on every plan, and you can import a CSV of your LinkedIn connections. Fine for a handful of people a week; slow beyond that. How to import LinkedIn contacts without duplicates.
Questions to ask before you choose
- Does the free plan create contacts? Several "free" plans only show CRM data on LinkedIn, or cap you at one contact a day.
- Do you need emails and phone numbers, or just the person? If you don't need data, credit-based plans charge you for something you won't use.
- What happens to records already in HubSpot? Look for a duplicate check before every create, and a promise not to overwrite fields your team typed.
- What does it do on LinkedIn without you? Background inbox sync and profile visiting are what get accounts restricted. Tools that read only the page you have open are the cautious choice.
- Does it work where you work? Regular profiles, Sales Navigator lead pages, company pages, and your browser (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc).
Questions
What is the best free LinkedIn to HubSpot integration?
HubSpot's built-in LinkedIn URL property and "Log LinkedIn message" activity are free on every plan but manual. Among extensions, check whether the free plan actually creates contacts: Hublead's free plan doesn't, Surfe's allows one a day, and SyncToCRM is free with no limit during its beta.
Does HubSpot have its own LinkedIn extension?
No. HubSpot's Chrome extension (HubSpot Sales) is for Gmail and Outlook. HubSpot's LinkedIn apps live on the HubSpot Marketplace and need Sales Navigator Advanced Plus.
Which tools work without Sales Navigator?
Hublead, Surfe, LinkMatch and SyncToCRM all work with a regular LinkedIn account. Only HubSpot's own apps require Sales Navigator, at the Advanced Plus level.
Are LinkedIn CRM extensions allowed by LinkedIn?
LinkedIn's User Agreement bans bots and automated access. Extensions that only read the page you're viewing, when you click, are the lowest-risk kind; tools that visit pages or sync your inbox for you carry more risk. No tool can guarantee LinkedIn won't act.
