Where LinkMatch is stronger

  • Supports many CRMs and ATSs: Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Close, Copper, Greenhouse, PCRecruiter and more.
  • Exports to CSV and Excel without a CRM, and works on XING.
  • Includes email enrichment, and automatic message sync on Professional.

What SyncToCRM does differently

  • A free plan during the beta, rather than a 14-day trial.
  • Works on Sales Navigator lead and account pages, and recognises the same person on their regular profile.
  • Never overwrites a HubSpot field, and shows look-alike companies to pick from instead of guessing.
  • Flags job changes when you open a contact's profile.

What it doesn't do: find emails or phone numbers, or work with CRMs other than HubSpot yet (Pipedrive, Attio and Zoho are planned). It's in beta.

Which one to pick

Stay with LinkMatch if: Your CRM isn't HubSpot, you recruit on XING, or you need a CSV export.

Try SyncToCRM if: You're on HubSpot, use Sales Navigator, and want a lower flat price.

Switching from LinkMatch

  1. Install SyncToCRM in Chrome or Edge and connect your HubSpot account in its settings.
  2. Open a LinkedIn profile of someone already in HubSpot. If their LinkedIn address is in HubSpot's built-in LinkedIn URL property, or their email matches, the button shows View in HubSpot. If LinkMatch saved the address to a different property, check that before relying on the duplicate check.
  3. Keep only one tool creating contacts, so two tools don't race to add the same person.
