What's new in SyncToCRM

SyncToCRM is in beta and changes quickly. Every change is listed here, newest first.

One click from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and message logging

  • Add to HubSpot now sits in LinkedIn's Connect / Message / More row and saves in one click with your defaults, without opening the panel. People already in HubSpot get View in HubSpot instead.
  • Log LinkedIn conversations to the contact's HubSpot timeline from any open chat, with only new messages saved. Optional automatic logging for open conversations (off until you switch it on).
  • Sales Navigator lead and account pages get the same Add / View in HubSpot button, and leads are recognised on their regular profile too. Their Sales Navigator page is saved to its own field.
  • Company pages: Add to HubSpot creates the company with its website, industry and location; View in HubSpot opens it. Look-alikes open the panel so you can pick instead of creating a duplicate.
  • Insights tab: owner, lifecycle stage, lead status and deal stage, editable in place; time in role and previous role; a list of job changes you've seen.
  • Companies are matched by LinkedIn page, website or name (ignoring "Ltd", "S.A." and the like), with look-alikes shown for you to pick.
  • Reliability: LinkedIn tabs keep working after an extension update, HubSpot calls time out with a plain message instead of spinning, and you can fill in a profile by hand if LinkedIn won't let us read it.

Teammate warning, notes, follow-ups and companies

  • See the owner, lifecycle stage, last activity and open deals of anyone already in HubSpot, with a warning when a teammate owns them.
  • Job-change alert when someone's title or company on LinkedIn differs from HubSpot, with one-click update and a timeline note.
  • Add a note, a follow-up task and a HubSpot list while saving. Set your default owner, lifecycle stage and lead status once.
  • Company records found or created and linked to the contact. Company pages show who you already have there.

Ready for LinkedIn's 2026 profile layout

  • Profiles are read the way they appear on screen, so name, title, company and location fill in without scrolling, on LinkedIn's new layout as well as the old one.
  • HubSpot's own "LinkedIn URL" field is used for matching, in whatever form the address was stored.

First build

  • Profile reader, HubSpot matching by LinkedIn address and email, "never blank a field" saves, and the side panel.
